Plenty of companies can paint a wall. We built Tenant Turnover to do something harder: get apartment units from move-out to move-in ready, on a schedule a property manager can actually plan around.
Who We Are
Built around the turn, not the trade
Most vendors think in trades — they paint, or they clean, or they haul junk, and everything else is somebody else's problem. We think in turns. When a unit goes vacant, what matters isn't any single trade; it's the handoffs between them. That's where days disappear.
So we organized the company around the whole turn: painting, drywall, cleaning, and cabinet refinishing under one roof, sequenced tightly and coordinated with your maintenance team and specialty vendors for the trades we don't perform ourselves.
We've painted more than 5,000 apartments and counting. Every unit we touch is photo-documented from start to finish, and every turn runs on our own job-tracking software — so when you want to know where a unit stands, the answer is a status, not a phone-tag chain.
